Yes, we can use your own design or file(s). Your art work should be in vector format at best resolution for printing. Sometimes other file types can also be used but a small fee for file conversion may apply.

Our graphic artists will work with you to create a design that works best for you and the item you want it printed on. We charge a minimal fee per hour for graphic design services.

In most cases the order process can be done in 5-10 business days. Certain orders can be completed in as little as 48 hrs. During busy seasons scheduling can be 2-3 weeks out.
If you have an important deadline please let us know and we will work with you to meet that deadline the best we can.
